Small World. OK, Small Neighborhood.

We went out.  Last night. A Thursday night.  A SCHOOL night.

Ouch is the word of today.

I had a sewing meetup with the Denver Sewing Collective.  While I was sewing my face off, Simon decided to check out this new bar that popped up in our 'hood called Jake's Food and Spirits.  He texted me and said I needed to come over when I was done; there was some peeps I needed to meet.

Simon apparently sat down at the bar, and started talking to this couple, and to make a long story short, they know me from THIS BLOG!

Yup.  And I subscribe to her blog, too (Nested).  It was like we already knew each other.  Instant radness.

Then the tequila shots came into play, and everything was a little fuzzy. I did friggin karaoke, and those of you who know me know I HATE karaoke.  Turns out, tequila makes me love it.
